1. Download Who.Paid, sign up with email or phone, and choose your default currency. 2. Create a group or event for your trip, household, or project, then invite friends from contacts or by link. 3. Add an expense, select who paid, choose participants, and set the split method equally, by shares, by percentage, or custom amounts; attach a receipt and category. 4. Open the balances view to see who owes whom in real time, filter by group or person, and set due dates or reminders. 5. Settle up by recording cash or marking paid with your preferred method, then export a summary or archive the group when all balances reach zero.
