Create an account or continue without one, and set your daily step goal and preferred units. 3. Start walking; the app automatically tracks steps, distance, calories, and active time without using GPS. 4. Check the dashboard to see live progress and review trends by day, week, and month to understand your activity. 5. Enable reminders and adjust goals as you improve; optionally sync with your device’s health platform to keep data in one place.
