SafetyStop

1. Download and install SafetyStop, then sign in or continue as a guest to start quickly. 2. Run Quick Setup to choose your focus goals, select apps and websites to block, and enable do not disturb and Safety Stop options. 3. Pin the Safety Stop button or set a keyboard shortcut; use it anytime to instantly mute audio, pause notifications, and lock or hide selected apps. 4. Start a Focus Session by setting a timer or schedule, enabling app and website blocking, and tracking your progress when the session ends. 5. Open Advanced Settings to create work and personal profiles, schedule automatic rules, auto-clear the clipboard, and turn on shutdown protection warnings.
