1. Download the app, open it, and sign in with your PayPal account or create a new one using your email and phone number. 2. Link a bank account or debit and credit card, then complete any required identity checks to unlock full features. 3. Send money by tapping Send, selecting a contact or entering an email, choosing the amount and funding method, and confirming the payment. 4. Request or split by tapping Request, selecting people, entering the amount, and sending a request or sharing a link or QR code. 5. Pay online by choosing PayPal at checkout, confirming the funding source, and completing the purchase, or scan a QR code in store to pay. 6. Manage your money by reviewing activity, transferring funds to your bank, setting alerts, and enabling biometric security in Settings.
