How to Use the MyAviva App 1. Download and Install: Search for “MyAviva” in your device’s app store (available on both iOS and Android). Download and install the app. 2. Log In: Open the app. If you already have an Aviva account, enter your username and password to log in. For quicker access, set up facial recognition or fingerprint login by following the on-screen instructions. If you’re new to Aviva, tap “Register” to create a new account. Follow the prompts to complete the registration process. 3. Access Your Policies: After logging in, you’ll see a dashboard with an overview of your insurance, savings, and investment policies. Tap on any policy to view detailed information, including coverage details, renewal dates, and policy documents. 4. Manage Your Insurance: To view your insurance cover and renewal dates, select the relevant policy from your dashboard. For information on how to make a claim, find and tap the “Claims” option in the policy details. 5. Check Your Pension and Investments: To get details about your Aviva pension, tap on the pension policy from your dashboard. To view and manage your investments, select the “Investment Portfolio” option. 6. Access Customer Offers: Navigate to the “Offers” section to view any exclusive offers available to existing customers. 7. Use MyDrive (Optional): To use the MyDrive feature, opt-in through the app’s settings. The app will automatically record your vehicle journeys and provide insights on your driving. 8. Retrieve or Reset Login Details: If you forget your login details, tap the “Forgot Username/Password” link on the login screen. Follow the instructions to retrieve or reset your login information. 9. Contact Support: For assistance, use the app’s “Help” or “Contact Us” section to get support. 10. Log Out: When you’re finished, log out by navigating to the “Settings” and selecting “Log Out.”
