Access the 'Results' tab to view the recommended carburetor settings, including main jet size, needle type, needle position, pilot jet, mixture screw position, spark plug, spark plug gap, and float height. Utilize the 'History' tab to review and manage previous carburetor configurations. Adjust settings as necessary to fine-tune engine performance for optimal results.
