1. Download the app, sign up or log in, and grant Bluetooth and notification permissions as prompted. 2. Power on your compatible HIFU device, open the app, and tap Add Device to pair via Bluetooth or connect over Wi-Fi. 3. Follow the guided setup to select your device model, complete a safety check, and install available firmware updates. 4. Create a routine by choosing mode, duration, and reminder times, then save it for quick start from the home screen. 5. Start and manage sessions from the app, review usage statistics and trends, and enable cloud backup to sync data across devices. 6. Visit Settings to customize alerts, export logs for records, and access support if you need help with pairing or updates.
