1. Draw a card from the deck or discard pile to start your turn and enhance your hand. 2. Arrange your cards into sets of the same rank or runs of consecutive cards in the same suit. 3. Discard a card each turn to maintain your hand limit and prepare for your final move. 4. Knock to end the round if you think your unmatched cards have fewer points than your opponent's. 5. Achieve the highest score over multiple rounds to be declared the Gin Rummy master.
