Install the App: Download FLIP - Focus Timer for Study from the Google Play Store or Apple App Store. Set Up Your Study Session: Open the app and customize the work and break intervals according to your preferred Pomodoro cycle (default is 25 minutes of work followed by a 5-minute break). Create a To-Do List: Add your tasks to the to-do list. Each task can be assigned a specific number of Pomodoro sessions, making it easier to stay organized and focused. Start Your Study Session: Begin your study session by tapping "Start." FLIP will countdown your work session, and once completed, it will prompt you to take a short break. Track Your Progress: Monitor your study progress with the session tracker. You can see how much time you've spent on each task and how many Pomodoro sessions you've completed. Use Distraction-Free Mode: If you need complete focus, activate distraction-free mode to block out all notifications and distractions from other apps. Set Reminders & Motivational Alerts: Enable motivational alerts to remind you to stay on task or take breaks. These can help keep you motivated and prevent burnout. Review Your Daily Goals: Set daily study goals and track your progress to stay on top of your workload. Celebrate your achievements as you meet your study targets.
