Launch the application and select your preferred difficulty level to begin the training session. Focus on the central visual stimulus appearing on your screen. Tap the corresponding direction or button as quickly and accurately as possible according to the target cue while ignoring distracting neighboring stimuli. Review your reaction time and accuracy statistics after each round to assess your cognitive progression. Adjust your training parameters in the settings menu to incrementally increase the challenge as your cognitive control improves.
