Drive Safe & Save App User Guide Welcome to the Drive Safe & Save™ app! This guide will help you navigate the app’s features so you can maximize your savings on auto insurance and improve your driving habits. Follow these steps to get started and make the most of the app. Getting Started Download the App: Visit the App Store (iOS) or Google Play Store (Android) and search for “Drive Safe & Save.” Tap “Install” to download and install the app on your device. Sign In or Create an Account: Open the app and sign in using your State Farm® account credentials. Set Up Your Beacon: After enrolling in the program, you’ll receive a beacon in the mail. This small device must be placed in your vehicle to accurately record your trips. Driver Status Management: If someone else was driving your vehicle or if a passenger used your phone during a trip, you can adjust your driver status. Go to “Manage Trips” and select the relevant trip to update your status. Rewards and Savings: Check how much you’re saving on your insurance by going to the “Savings” section. Your savings are based on your driving performance and are updated regularly, so keep checking to see how your safe driving impacts your discount. Managing Your Account Login Options: For easy and secure access, you can log in using biometrics (fingerprint or facial recognition) or your Driver’s License. Set up your preferred login method in the app’s security settings.
