Open the app, sign up, and set your goal to complete a 5K run in 8 weeks. The app will automatically create your training schedule.
Start Your Training:
Begin your first workout, following the guided audio cues that will tell you when to walk, when to run, and provide motivation.
Complete each session as instructed, gradually building your endurance and strength as you progress through the program.
Track and Monitor Your Progress:
Log each workout in the app, tracking your distance, pace, and time.
