1. Download and install, open the app, and allow camera, microphone, and photo library permissions. Create a new Match or Training session. 2. Place your phone on a tripod at midfield or behind the goal, choose field orientation, and enable smart framing for the best coverage. 3. Tap Record to start. Tap Highlight during key plays and use Slow Motion to review important moments immediately. 4. Add coaching overlays by drawing lines, dropping markers, and applying a scoreboard timer. Trim clips and arrange highlights in the timeline. 5. Export HD clips or the full match, then share to team chats or save to cloud storage. Manage sessions and tags in your Library for quick retrieval.
